In Sarawak, the same cabinet can last for years or fail early depending on the board and zone. We separate board grade from emission class — and match both to where the unit lives.在砂拉越，同一款橱柜可能用上多年，也可能提早损坏，关键在于板材与区域。我们将板材等级与释放等级区分开来，并依据橱柜所处的位置同时匹配两者。

Board grade and emission class are separate things — we match both to the zone, and step up to aluminium wherever water lives. In Sarawak, material is decided by板材等级与释放等级是两回事——我们将两者都与区域匹配，并在凡有水之处升级为铝合金。在砂拉越，材料的决定依据是 zone first, budget second, appearance third先看区域，再看预算，最后看外观.
In Sarawak, material failure usually starts at the wrong zone:在砂拉越，材料损坏通常始于错误的区域： sink base, bathroom vanity, laundry, wet kitchen, a damp wall, or a poorly ventilated cabinet.水槽底柜、浴室柜、洗衣区、湿厨房、潮湿的墙面，或通风不良的橱柜。

“Risky / avoid” zones step up to ACP, aluminium honeycomb or full aluminium cabinet construction.“有风险／应避免”的区域应升级为 ACP、铝蜂窝或全铝合金橱柜结构。
Wood-based systems木质系统
- Moisture-resistant particleboard防潮刨花板Tested已测试Our standard interior cabinet box. In a 24-hour water-swell test it swelled just 5.2% (lower is better; tested to GB/T 4897-2015) — moisture-resistant, but not waterproof. Available up to ENF, the cleanest-air, lowest-emission grade.我们的标准室内橱柜箱体。在 24 小时吸水膨胀测试中仅膨胀 5.2%（数值越低越好；依据 GB/T 4897-2015 测试）——防潮，但不防水。最高可达 ENF 等级，即空气最洁净、释放最低的等级。
- Plywood (multi-layer)胶合板（多层）Premium高级The same board family, built up in layers — stronger and steadier than particleboard, better for tall wardrobes and long runs. Same dry & semi-dry use; wet zones still use aluminium.同一板材系列，以多层叠压而成——比刨花板更坚固、更稳定，更适合高衣柜与长跨度。同样用于干区与半干区；湿区仍使用铝合金。
- HPL / laminate / melamine finishHPL / 防火板 / 三聚氰胺饰面Surface finishes applied over the board — a finish choice, separate from the board and its emission grade.施加于板材表面的饰面——属于饰面选择，与板材本身及其释放等级相互独立。
Aluminium systems铝合金系统
- Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) cabinet铝塑复合板（ACP）橱柜For selected wet and high-moisture areas — depending on exposure, hardware, sealing and installation. Water-resistant when properly specified and installed.适用于特定的湿区与高潮湿区域——视暴露程度、五金、密封与安装而定。在正确选型与安装的情况下具有防水性能。
- Honeycomb aluminium cabinet铝蜂窝橱柜Premium heavy-duty aluminium for the most demanding wet and high-use zones.高级重型铝合金，适用于要求最苛刻的湿区与高频使用区域。
- Full aluminium cabinet全铝合金橱柜A non-wood structure — it doesn’t absorb water like wood-based cores, and is termite-resistant and corrosion-resistant when properly specified, installed and maintained. Suitable for high-humidity use.一种非木质结构——它不像木质芯材那样吸水，并在正确选型、安装与维护的情况下防白蚁、防腐蚀。适合高潮湿环境使用。
Where not to use each material各材料不宜使用之处
- Any wood-based board — even moisture-resistant — in constant-wet zones (sink base, bathroom, wet kitchen) → use aluminium任何木质板材——即使防潮——用于长期潮湿区域（水槽底柜、浴室、湿厨房）→ 改用铝合金
- Standing water, leaking sink bases or splash zones on any board任何板材接触积水、渗漏的水槽底柜或溅水区域
- Tall plywood doors over ~2.4 m without a stabiliser or framed system高度超过约 2.4 m 的胶合板高门，却未配稳定杆或框架系统
- Treating emission class (E1/E0/ENF) as a moisture rating将释放等级（E1/E0/ENF）当作防潮等级
- Any “waterproof wood”, “zero formaldehyde” or “100% mould-proof” claim任何“防水木材”、“零甲醛”或“100% 防霉”的宣称
- Leaving cut edges unsealed in humid areas在潮湿区域未对切割边缘进行封边
